Located in the dynamic commercial district of Mirdamad, Tehran, the Atavita project stands as a modern architectural statement that blends refined aesthetics with functional urban design. Designed to capture attention within one of the city’s most active business corridors, the building reflects a bold yet elegant architectural language. The façade is defined by a striking composition of vertical elements and contrasting materials, creating a rhythmic visual identity that distinguishes the building within the surrounding urban fabric. Light-colored panels combined with darker structural frames emphasize depth and proportion, while expansive glass surfaces maximize natural light and strengthen the connection between interior spaces and the city outside.
Design Process
The design process of Atavita was guided by a pursuit of balance between functionality and visual rhythm—where every line, material, and proportion was refined to create a façade that embodies both modern elegance and urban identity.
