Bookan Residential

Tehran-2025-Residential

Bookan Lobby
Located in the prestigious heights of Bukan, the entrance of this residence transcends the traditional concept of a lobby, offering a curated experience akin to a contemporary art gallery. The design is a masterclass in monochromatic elegance, defined by expansive white marble flooring with delicate grey veining that creates a seamless, luminous foundation for the entire space.

Design Process

“The design process focused on the concept of ‘Fluidity vs. Structure.’ By integrating liquid-shaped metallic art into a rigid, minimalist architectural shell, the designers created a space that feels both solid and dynamic. Every element, from the precision-cut marble to the integrated green spaces, was meticulously planned to ensure a sense of harmony and prestige.”

Material & Process
Artistic Fluidity: The space is punctuated by striking, “liquid-metal” sculptures that weave through the interior like frozen mercury. these organic forms provide a bold contrast to the sharp, architectural lines of the reception and wall paneling.
The Reception: A minimalist, monolithic dark stone desk serves as the anchor of the lobby. Set against a backdrop of vertical textured slats and a poetic wall inscription, it establishes a tone of “quiet luxury” and professional hospitality.
Material Harmony: The palette balances cool, polished surfaces with warm, indirect lighting. Matte grey wall panels, recessed LED strips, and high-tech track lighting work together to accentuate the architectural depth and the texture of the materials.
Indoor-Outdoor Sanctuary: One of the most captivating features is the seamless transition to an outdoor terrace. Through floor-to-ceiling glass partitions, the interior opens onto a wooden-decked sanctuary. Here, oversized sculptural planters, bubble-pendant lighting, and cozy woven seating offer a tranquil space for residents to unwind while enjoying the fresh air of the Bukan district.
Curated Furnishings: Low-profile, modular seating in neutral tones ensures that the furniture complements rather than competes with the architectural elements, maintaining an airy and spacious atmosphere.
This lobby is more than just a transition zone; it is a statement of lifestyle. It reflects a design philosophy where technology, art, and nature converge, providing a grand and sophisticated welcome that perfectly matches the exclusivity of its location.
