Sophisticated Material Palette:
The exterior uses dark metal cladding, reflective glass, and precise aluminum detailing. These materials emphasize durability, modernity, and a high‑tech aesthetic suited for corporate or commercial functions.
Dynamic Corner Volumes:
The sharp, angular corner glazing introduces visual tension and transparency, allowing natural light into the interior while giving the building a distinctive architectural identity.
Integrated Sun‑Shading Fins:
Vertical fins and slim shading elements help control sunlight, reduce heat gain, and contribute to the building’s overall vertical rhythm and structural clarity.
Refined Ground-Level Entrance:
The entrance is designed with a subtle yet elegant approach: clean concrete elements, linear lighting, and transparent glazing that offers a welcoming transition between public street life and the commercial interior.
Nighttime Presence:
